I can't say enough about CG Realty, especially co-owner Rob Gerrard. Rob went above and beyond for us everyday when it came to selling my father's house. He patiently walked us through every step of the sometimes complicated process and was always available to answer questions, even when he was on vacation. His understanding of home construction was hugely helpful and his extensive contacts with local contractors made the process of making necessary repairs very smooth. I highly recommend working with CG Realty if you need to buy or sell a home.

I cannot recommend and thank Rob (the "G" in C/G Realty) enough for getting my girlfriend and I into our first house. After 5 minutes on the phone with Rob, I knew he was going to be our agent. His demeanor and knowledge provided confidence that a stressful and nuanced process would go smoothly. We moved from Philadelphia to Danville, PA, and Rob went above and beyond, making multiple trips to show us houses in Danville. As we walked through houses with Rob, it was akin to a walkthrough with an inspector. His experience in home renovations provided a wealth of knowledge of potential pitfalls, quality of materials, building conditions, signs of prior damages, or when a house was in great condition. He shared his opinions and thoughts, while also leaving us room to make our own assessments and share what we liked/disliked. Rob was always responsive via phone/txt/email and once it was time to make offers, Rob scheduled time to review sellers disclosures, housing comparisons, and formulate the right offer. We felt informed throughout every step, from viewing houses, to making offers, to scheduling inspections, and even connected us with a great loan officer. As first time home buyers, I cannot overstate how confident and safe we felt with Rob. He is trustworthy, easy to work with, and not to mention he's an all around great guy. We had so much fun maneuvering home buying, and I am truly grateful that Rob was by our side through it all.
